Dr. Elias has a passion for dentistry. She provides comprehensive and compassionate care to all of her patients, using the most advanced technology and evidence-based care. She specializes in handling all facets of complex restorative dentistry including surgical dental implant placement and restorations over implants, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, crowns and bridges, dentures, TMJ and maxillofacial prosthesis.
Dr. Elias is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist, earning her the Diplomate Status and Fellow at the American College of Prosthodontists and at the Canadian Royal College of Prosthodontists. She is also a Diplomate of the American board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry, after completing the Advanced Education in Prosthodontics training and Surgical Dental Implant Fellowship at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. She has distinguished herself by achieving the highest standards of competency in diagnosis, surgery and prosthetics treatment in the specialty of prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
Dr. Elias graduated from The University of Montreal School of Dental Medicine in Quebec, Canada. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY and served as Chief Resident of General Practice Residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn NY. She is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, North Shore Dental District Society, a Fellow and a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, Canadian Royal College of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Oral Implantology.
In addition to her private practice, she is passionate about following the ever-evolving dental field and sharing her dental expertise with dental students at Tufts Dental School, supporting them in their journey of becoming future dentists. Dr. Elias also believes in giving back by participating in multiple volunteering activities and providing free dental treatments to the underserved communities. In her spare time, Dr. Elias enjoys outdoor activities, training for the Boston marathon, travel, music and arts.
Dr. Charles Nickou
Over more than four decades in practice, Dr. Nickou has built lasting relationships founded on trust, comfort and a genuine commitment to oral health.
Dr. Nickou has been proudly serving the Newburyport community area since 1984, providing compassionate, high quality dental care to generations of patients. Over more than four decades in practice, Dr. Nickou has built lasting relationships founded on trust, comfort and a genuine commitment to oral health. As Dr. Nickou eases into retirement, he reflects with gratitude on the thousands of smiles cared for and the many friendships formed along the way. Though stepping back from full time practice, Dr. Nickou remains deeply appreciative of the community’s support and the opportunity to have been a part of so many lives.
Dr. Anderson focuses on preventive dentistry, restorative and cosmetic treatments, and patient education to ensure healthy smiles and lasting oral health.
Dr. Beste Tuccar Anderson earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine after completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Anderson focuses on preventive dentistry, restorative and cosmetic treatments, and patient education to ensure healthy smiles and lasting oral health.
Dr. Anderson is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

Laurie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Laurie graduated from Northeastern University and the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston. She has been a dental hygienist in the Newburyport community for over 34 years. Laurie enjoys getting to know her patients and takes pride in helping them achieve healthy confident smiles. Known for her gentle touch, caring personality and attention to detail Laurie will help make every visit a comfortable experience.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Kelly is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy confident smiles. She’s worked in both general and specialty practices, where she’s developed a strong reputation for her gentle touch, patient education and commitment to preventative care. Kelly stays current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene through continuing education and values building long-term relationships with her patients.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Joanne comes to us with 30 years of experience. She graduated from Northeastern University and Forsyth College of Dental Hygiene. Joanne loves getting to know her patients and being able to help them improve their oral hygiene habits. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, friends & taking her Willa for walks.
Lisa
Practice Manager
With 34 years of experience in the dental field, Lisa is a dedicated dental office practice manager and certified dental assistant committed to excellence in patient care and practice operations. Known for strong leadership, organization and communication skills, she ensures every aspect of the dental practice runs smoothly while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Kelsey
Certified Dental Assistant
Kelsey is a Certified Dental Assistant who graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at North Shore Community College in 2021. She has been with our office for 10 years now. In her role, she prepares patients for their appointments, assists the doctor in procedures, takes diagnostic X-rays, and reviews oral hygiene practices to help each patient maintain a healthy smile.
She is passionate about helping others feel comfortable and confident about their dental care and experience during each appointment. Kelsey brings a warm, approachable energy to every patient interaction. She takes pride in creating a positive experience that helps patients feel good about their smile and their overall oral health.
Diandra
Front Desk
We’re excited to welcome Diandra to our team! After taking a four year break, Diandra is thrilled to return to the dental field, bringing a warm smile and years of experience to our front desk. Before joining our practice, Diandra worked in an endodontic office, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care and scheduling. Diandra looks forward to greeting patients, answering questions, and making every visit a positive experience.
